Aimee Gasinski, MS, RD, LDN
A registered dietitian with over a decade of regulatory label-review experience and a master’s degree, Aimee’s career has crossed clinical care, food service, and the food industry—giving her a practical view of how nutrition science has to translate into the label a consumer actually sees.
Before founding AEG Consulting in 2019, her industry experience included nutrition and regulatory science at The Kraft Heinz Company and regulatory affairs at Glanbia Performance Nutrition.
Her work has included nutrition and supplement panels, ingredient and allergen reports, claims evaluation, and preliminary and final label-artwork review, with cross-functional collaboration across scientific, legal, marketing, and product teams.
