What happens next

Agree the scope, then begin

Fit

AEG confirms whether the project fits the practice and identifies anything that falls outside the default scope.

Workstreams

The project is defined around the work you actually need—analysis, panel development, claims review, artwork review, or a combination.

Hourly rate, estimated hours & timing

AEG charges a set consulting fee per hour, including time spent on revisions. Genesis R&D-based panel work averages about one week after the formula and complete supporting materials are supplied. You receive a written estimate of hours and timeline before work begins. Payment terms are Net 15 or Net 30, as agreed before work begins. Work starts once you approve it. If the scope changes, Aimee discusses the additional work and cost with you before exceeding the estimate.

Email Aimee about your project

Tell her the product, market, print date, and decision: new panel, reformulation, claim, or artwork check.

No confidential formula is needed for the first conversation. Discuss an NDA before sharing proprietary materials.
